Scott was the General Manager and the Vice President of Business Development of Avtech Executive Flight Center from 1996 to 2000. He was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fixed-based operations business including fueling operations, technical service business, aircraft charter business, and government services business. His years as founder, CEO and President of Flightworks Inc. saw the business’ annual revenues grew from $1.5 million in 2000 to $88.5 million after eight years. With Scott’s uncompromised philosophy focused on safety, Flightworks Inc. also achieved an incident and accident-free record while becoming the lead brand known for high quality and professionalism around the globe.

Currently the Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development at Tempus Applied Solutions, Scott takes on operational leadership roles in multimillion-dollar contract management and strategic planning for corporations with managed assets with $50 million in excess. He engaged in high-level operational initiatives-infrastructure design, process re-engineering, reorganization, business integration, and culture change.
